What comes with The Perfect Tee?

Every Perfect Tee includes the option to purchase a matching stretch pearl-chiffon scarf, beautifully embroidered with the 3x STUDIO logo.

Where is 3x STUDIO based?

3x STUDIO is currently based in the United Arab Emirates.

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping options and delivery times are shown at checkout. 

Please not that international duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's import regulations.

How long does shipping take?

UAE: 1–3 business days.

GCC: 3-6 business days.

International: Delivery times vary depending on your shipping location.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns on unworn items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are not accepted.

For hygiene reasons, the scarf must be unworn and returned with the tee. Please visit our Returns Policy for full details.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@the3xstudio.com, including your order number and clear photos, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to help. Please contact us at hello@the3xstudio.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces may be restocked, while others are released in limited quantities. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know about restocks and new collections.
